Where is the app.properties file?
You can find it in the .multiloginapp.com folder. To apply the changes here, save the file and restart the app.
The file may be hidden in your OS, so make sure that the file explorer is set to show hidden files.
- Windows: C:\Users\%username%\.multiloginapp.com
- Linux: /home/%username%/.multiloginapp.com
- macOS: /Users/%username%/.multiloginapp.com
To find this folder on a Mac, open Finder and press Cmd + Shift + H
to open a user folder, then press Cmd + Shift + .
(period) to show hidden files.
What are the best profile settings?
By default, Multilogin browser profiles have the most safe and efficient combination of settings for the majority of purposes. But if you have a target industry/website you are going to work with, our built-in optimization tool will automatically adjust its internal mechanics according to your request.
What is Active session lock?
Active session lock prevents users from accessing the same profiles if they are already running. It is available in our Team, Scale and Custom plans. To find it, click on the profile name in the list and scroll down the Quick edit sidebar or navigate to the "Other" section in profile settings.
You need to disable Active session lock on all profiles before downgrading your plan to Solo.
My webcamera is not working. What should I do?
In this case, you can also get the error "Fake device". The solution is very easy: go to your profile settings and click "Advanced" → "Media devices", then disable media device masking and restart the profile.
