Getting started
- OS version: Make sure your OS is Sonoma (14) or newer – if your OS is Ventura (12) or older, consider upgrading, as at this moment it is not supported
- Chip or processor type: When downloading the agent, select "M-series" for M1, M2, M3 chips, and "Intel" for other models
Installation tips
When attempting to install Multilogin X agent on macOS, you may encounter the message: “Multilogin can't be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software”. It occurs on Mac computers when you try to install the software that is not available in the App Store.
Here's how to resolve the issue:
- Open the folder with the downloaded file
- Right-click the file name and select “Open”
- Click “Open” in the window that will come up
- Click “Continue” to proceed with the installation
